Please would you clarify something for me? I watched the videos on the email sent to me. It shows a guy who goes for a hair cut, gets a discount from the barber and then goes on to use the cash-back he received from the barber to pay for a meal in a restaurant. My question is: Does he receive a discount from the restaurant also? Or as he used his Beep card to pay he doesn’t? This seems not to be addressed in the video.

Yes he will get his bill from the restaurant, the ten pound on his card can come off his bill then the discount from the restaurant will be loaded onto his beep xtra loyalty card too.
